One of the men shot early Saturday morning in the 300 block of Northeast 28th Court has died, Boynton Beach police said. Mark Phileus, 18, of Boynton Beach, was shot in the head and died Saturday at Delray Medical Center. Marquis Bradley, 21, was shot in the leg.
