Detailed Information
I just want to let you know that verizon in maryland really dissapoints customer. They were supposed to install my DSL services by the 6th and did happened, but check this out, on the 6th of september DSL sent me a welcome email for having services with them and stating that my services were connected. By 4 pm my services were cutted or interrupted. I did not have dial tone and as we speak the 7th of september 10:30 pm, Verizon can fix my services, In fact they are passing each other the ball, the repairs services really don't know anything about land lines, frams and CFA's. They trasferred me to DSL, for what? if DSL won't work if i don't have dial tone.
I am really dissapointed because it's going to take 6 days for someone to maybe stop at my house to fix my land line. It SUCKSSSSS, unfortunatelly we need these idiots to get phone line and/or DSL. |
