Suspended until further order, following a Feb. 15 court order. (Admitted to practice: 1987) According to a petition for emergency suspension, Kobacker appeared to be causing great public harm by misappropriating client trust funds or property. In 1999 Kobacker received $250,000 from a client to be placed in a bank account in St. Kitts. Kobacker subsequently lied to the client and The Florida Bar about the whereabouts of the money, which she had placed with an arbitrage firm. The client never recovered the money.
