(Admitted to practice: 1998) According to a petition for emergency suspension, Kennon appeared to be causing great public harm by giving legal advice to unrepresented persons whose interest had a possibility of being in conflict with those of his client; acting to unlawfully obstruct another party\'s access to evidence; and counseling a witness to leave the jurisdiction for the purpose of being unavailable.
