(MIAMI--CORAL GABLES) BCArchitects announced today that the landmark $180 million dollar waterfront marina, restaurant and 351 unit twin-tower luxury residential and waterfront development, Marina Grande at Inlet Harbor, in Riviera Beach, FL has been named as One of the Southeasts Top Projects by Southeast Construction, the magazine that reports such data for the industry. Only Twenty-Five (25) projects made the list.

Southeast Construction presents its annual "Top Projects" report, a ranking by contract value of the top 25 projects that broke ground in 2004 within Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Together, this year's Top Projects list represents approximately $5.5 billion of construction.

BCArchitects designed the residential portion of the project, Marina Grande at Inlet Harbor, for Swerdlow/ Boca Developers, and the luxury marina and boat storage, Loggerhead Club & MarinaRiviera Beach, for Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. Marina Grande in Riviera Beach, Fla., is a two-building luxury condominium development overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. Its twin 26-story towers will house 351 residential units ranging in size from 1,578 to 2,292 sq. ft.
Marina Grande at Inlet Harbor and Loggerhead Club & MarinaRiviera Beach, located on Blue Heron Boulevard on the direct Intracoastal waterfront overlooking Singer Island, is a landmark project for the City of Riviera Beach, and it is the north anchor of the Citys Redevelopment plan, the first project underway in the redevelopment area. Loggerhead Club & MarinaRiviera Beach recently was awarded the Beacon of Light Marine Project of the Year Award by the Marine Industry Association of Palm Beach County (MIAPBC).

Marina Grande at Inlet Harbor features include a 24-hour staffed guardhouse, heated swimming pool
and spa, barbeque/bar in a garden setting, sunrise terrace with shaded pavilion, controlled-access parking
garage, social activity room with full kitchen facilities and a fitness center.
The Marina Grande project shares the property with the luxury marina and boat storage, Loggerhead Club
& MarinaRiviera Beach. The marina, currently taking reservations for a Fall 2005 opening, will
provide inside dry storage for 300 boats up to 45 feet in length requiring the construction of two of the
worlds largest marine forklifts ever built.
Swerdlow/Boca Developers is providing the residential portion of the project, featuring 2 bedroom 2-1/2
bath to 3 bedroom 3-1/2 bath waterfront condominium residences. Seven Kings Holdings, Inc.
(Raymond Graziotto and J.C. Solomon II) is developing the marina, retail and restaurant.
