In San Francisco, Cailfornia, on Local Governmental Management of the Publice Rights- Of- Way

 

Gary Resnick, a shareholder with the law firm Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Guedes Cole & Boniske, made a presentation at the Annual Conference of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (“NATOA”) in San Francisco, California, on September 18, 2004, on Local Governmental Management of the Public Rights-Of-Way.

Mr. Resnick chairs the Firm's Communications and Utilities Practice and represents local governments on cable and communications and utilities matters.  He is also a Commissioner for the City of Wilton Manors and he serves on the Federal Communications Commission's Intergovernmental Advisory Committee.  Mr. Resnick chaired the Florida League of Cities Utilities and Communications Policy Committee and currently serves on the National League of Cities Information Technology and Communications Policy Steering Committee.

NATOA (National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors) supports and serves the telecommunications interests and needs of local governments. Mr. Resnick is the Secretary of the Florida Association of Telecommunication Officers and Advisors (“FLATOA”).
