January 30, 2004; Stuart, Florida - Energy Ocean 2004 is the first international renewable ocean energy conference and exposition to be held in the United States. Held in Palm Beach, FL June 28 - 29, the conference will focus on the activities offshore to develop sustainable energy sources for the future of our civilization.

Technology from around the world will be demonstrated at the conference sight, including a working 100 kW underwater turbine prototype working offshore to produce power used in an exhibit booth.
The world-renowned Breakers Hotel, situated directly on a pristine Atlantic Ocean beach, is the conference location. Close to the Atlantic Gulf Stream, near the US Navys facilities and South Florida University, it is accessable through four international airports.
