NEED JUST THE RIGHT SPEAKER FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION?
THE FLORIDA BAR SPEAKERS
BUREAU HAS JUST THE RIGHT SPEAKER FOR YOU

TALLAHASSEE -- The Florida Bar Speakers Bureau provides volunteer attorneys speakers for senior citizen, religious, home owner,professional, civic, and community organizations throughout Florida, at no cost to your organization.

There are more than 50 speaker topics your organization can choose from. Among the topics are: real estate, health care, immigration, family law, the judicial system, identity theft, wills, trusts and estate planning, taxes, insurance and elder care. Speakers can also address questions regarding Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income, disability, or the Veterans Administration.

ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT VACANCY

March 1, 2005

TALLAHASSEE -- The Judicial Nominating Commission for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit has been asked to provide Governor Bush with nominees for a Circuit Court vacancy created as a result of the death of Judge Sidney Shapiro. All persons interested in applying must deliver a marked original and ten (10) complete applications to: GERALD I. KORNREICH, Co-Chair and MANUEL KADRE, Co-Chair, at the Law Offices of Kornreich and Terraferma, Bank of America Tower, Suite #3950, 100 Southeast Second Street, Miami, Florida 33131 not later than Monday, March 14, 2004 by 5 p.m. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. All applicants that previously submitted an application for Judge Alex Ferrer’s vacant Circuit Court seat may submit a letter to the Commission requesting that their previous application be accepted in lieu of filing a new application. Supplements to previously submitted applications are welcome.

Applications may be obtained at www.flabar.org. The use of a photograph is encouraged, but not mandatory. Please do not submit three (3) ring binders.
