FPL Above the Law We Can't bear it.
Neither Should You! |
|
FPL has used legal loopholes to obtain, at the expense stockholders, millions of dollars. When the public states that debts 10 years old are barred by the statute of limitations FPL uses their monopoly status to accomplish the exact same result as a lawsuit. This to us breaks the spirit of the law and we intent to challenge legally their ability to do so.
FPL also does what no other company can. It charges people for bills that were not in their name.
If you have been forced to pay FPL for a bill more than 4 years old or if you have had a bill attached to you for power in someone else's name e-mail: gary@thepalmbeachtimes.com.

"The utter hypocrisy is that Muslim countries regularly lampoon Christians and Jews in their comics while demanding the west refrain from any criticism of Islam."
|
|
Why did Jyllands-Posten publish the cartoons? The Copenhagen Post explains: Jyllands-Posten called for and printed the cartoons by various Danish illustrators, after reports that artists were refusing to illustrate works about Islam, out of fear of fundamendalist retribution. The newspaper said it printed the cartoons as a test of whether Muslim fundamentalists had begun affecting the freedom of expression in Denmark. Click here for the Dutch cartoons & reaction to them

Guts, Greed, and Betrayal. The ruthless 400 million theft of a destiny...
|
"It was my Inheritance, everybody knows that. I call what the lawyers did the hundred million dollar train robbery. I felt I let my ancestors down. I once called up Bernie Jacobs to taunt him, Are you a Shubert? Are you a relative of mine? I asked, but he wouldnt talk to me.
At the turn of the century three brothers from Syracuse started a theatrical dynasty. Lacking in education and social skills, they used savvy, terror, guts, and greed to build the greatest theatrical empire in the world. The Shubert brothers took Broadway by storm. With ruthless abandon and with sheer determination they took on the mob, the critics, the unions and each other. They had one motto: Never trust anybody. It was a motto that was lost on the last Shubert to reign. Larry Shubert Lawrence, Jr., was lied to, tricked, betrayed and setup. He lost control of the Shubert Empire on Broadway. Lawrence's son Lee, now lives in Vero. The loss of his birthright is a story of a ruthless 400 million dollar theft of a destiny ... It was also poetic Justice.

who will gain access to it, and what decisions will be made with it. Largely linked through an individuals Social Security number, databases now empower the federal government to obtain an astonishingly detailed portrait of any person: the checks he writes, the types of causes he supports, what he says "privately" to his doctor. These databases were deliberately obscured from public view by "land-mine legislation" that people don't notice until they step on it. Now with the Patriot Act even our most basic civil rights are in danger.

OBAMACARE = BIG STATE TAX HIKES Anxious to avoid raising taxes too much to pay for their health care proposals, the Obama Administration and its Congressional allies hit on a great new idea: Make the states raise their taxes to fund the program instead.
