If your credit card provider charges you for unauthorized transactions resulting from a purchase with The Palm Beach Times, we will cover this liability, up to the the maximum allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act, $50, so long as basic terms and conditions are met.

In fact by placing your ad online you are limiting the amount of people that have access to your card. Only the last four digits of your card are displayed or are available after the encryption process. We do not have access to your card number when the ad is placed directly online.
