This customer was very hard to deal with so our attorneys handle it. Also as for the deposit we did leg work such as pulling permits so we had to come to agreement about the fees he owed us. He also went to the courthouse and made a court date and canceled the court date we try to do good by our customers but you can\\\'t please everyone. We have settle this problem but it wasn\\\'t our fault. We also gave him his deposit back less the fees. Also he didnt give us the deposit when he claimed. So please take our name off this web-site.

Pest Guard Services sent an invoice for my annual termite bond which was paid prior to my service. When the owner arrived to perform the service, he requested payment from my wife who did not know that I had already paid. I have made many attempts to get a refund and on 4/9/08 was told that a check had been signed and was promised that it would be mailed that afternoon. That was the last contact that I have had as Pest Guard will no longer return my calls.

took the car in installation of spark plugs and wires. Also the car had a horrible clicking sound. He replaced belts that he said it would be and a tensioner. The car was in the same condition and worsened when we got it back. We called to make an appointment to bring it back many times but he would not help us on saturday and we live far. He was aware of that. Yesterday when I had the appointment the car would not start and I phoned them first thing and spoke to Jason he said not to worry bring it when you can. This morning my husband had the car started and drove it over first thing and the owner Bruce said take it to the dealership I can\\\\\\\'t help you. He did not even try to make things right after he replaced things that obviously were not the issue with the car.

We are home owners in West Boca Raton, that for two long years have been trying to work with a construction company by the name of Alliance Contractors / Sla-tur out of Pompano Beach. We've spent over 200K on a project that was originally set to be 160k and we are not even 20 percent done, the contractor did not even pay their subcontractors and they are now coming after us. Gary Hight, also of Hight Roofing, LLC. cashed our $3,000 deposit check the day after he received it which was 2/5/08, but delayed doing the job well into March 2008 claiming he had been shut down by Worker's Comp. After failure to return our phone calls and failure to set a date of start for our roof, we contacted Worker's Comp to find that he had not been shut down ever. We demanded our $3,000 back or would have to take legal action. He promised to bring the check by today 2pm; no show.

How would you possible know anything about me or what it is to live with a very sick man. not only physically disabled but mentally out of his mind. I would come home with my 4 children many times only for us to see him with hookers.We were evicted from my home because he went through all of our monies kids trust fund everything. I knew it was due to his disease/medication so i keept forgiving him.Until it became a matter of survival...after 4 years I finally had to stop taking his abuse. Intentional or not I had to stop taking care of him,and forgiving because I was physically and mentally exhausted. If I lost it who would take care of my/our kids. When he finally left for good he left me pennyless. With my knowledge in real estate and mortgage I was able to pick my self up and yes get into a nice home for myself and my children. So maybe before you give your opinion know the facts don't just make untrue statements on how it looks from the outside.
